Position Overview:
The role of the Automotive Internet & Business Development Center Trainer is to provide guidance and training support to our clients across the U.S. and Canada so extensive travel is a foundational requirement. This position is critical to our success and requires someone who truly loves Automotive Internet and BDC Operations, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Communications, and Technology. The role is primarily that of an expert in all things Digital that boost sales for our clients.

We are a boutique operation where everyone has great responsibility and autonomy. We provide the training and guidance but require you to leverage your skills and knowledge to support the ongoing growth of your client. You will be part of a team of dedicated professionals who enjoy learning and appreciate one another's hard work on behalf of our clients.

You will become an expert in how to effectively market and sell vehicles online using websites, search engines, social media and reputation management. This fun position will challenge you to keep up with what works to inspire online shoppers to engage with our clients.Your daily routine would include coaching clients on Digital Sales Processes, Digital Marketing, and Social Media.

We welcome creative and innovative applicants with an adventuresome spirit and ability to switch gears quickly in order to respond to the needs of clients and Kain Automotive team. You will travel to clients across the country and Canada and when not traveling, you will work in our offices in Lexington, KY.

* Software skills are required as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.* The software you will utilize daily includes a Mac computer, various client Customer Relationship Management Tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Keynote, Mail Chimp, Eventbrite and a variety of other applications.

* You need to have an orientation to the Automotive industry, Digital Marketing, and Social Media.
* Must also be able to operate general office equipment such as a copy machine, scanner and conference call system.
